This is for me to stay motivated in feeling better about myself. If other people want to follow & be helped by it as well, that is awesome, but it's not why I'm doing this.

I do not encourage people to develop eating disorders. I have about every kind there is & it sucks. I do support people who are like me & understand why we do these things.

Share your motivation. Tell me your story. Show me photos. Submit your favorite thinspo. Help out with health or weight loss tips. Here is the place to vent, if you feel like it. Photos, quotes, videos, rants, links… Whatever you’d like, as long as it’s relevant. You know what? It doesn’t even have to be relevant. Submit anything you want. If there’s anything I feel has absolutely nothing to do on this blog, I might choose not to post it. But that probably won’t happen frequently. For the most part: As long as it’s not offensive (genuinly offensive, not like “inappropriate language” offensive) or just plain ignorant/mean, I will post it. My only request is that you be honest. Also, no animal cruelty. Ever.

Of course if it involves any potentially indangering personal information, like home adresses & such, I will alter it (I think you can do that, right?) for the people’s privacy.
